How can I make sure my print/original painting lasts over time?To keep your prints/original paintings looking their best, try to avoid placing them in direct sunlight, as this may cause colours to fade over time.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Where do you ship from?
All items from our Atelier are carefully packaged and shipped con amor, from Belgium.

What about prints (POD – Print on Demand)?
All fine art prints (A4 & A5) clearly stated "POD" are shipped from the closest location to you — EU, UK, US, or AU — to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

Will I need to pay customs or local taxes?
Please note that local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will it take to ship my order?

• Atelier (directly from our studio): Items usually ship within 3–5 business days.
• Fine Art Prints (POD): production and shipping times vary depending on your location, but orders typically ship within 2–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
EU: Yes — buyers in the EU have the legal right to return an item within 14 days of delivery, except for Print On Demand items.

If you’d like to start a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Rest of the world: At this time, returns and exchanges are not offered by default.

That said, I want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite as expected, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll personally review your case and do my best to find a solution that feels right.
